Features

Parley ships two built-in ceremonies: planning poker and a daily standup. Both live inside a space, both are live over a WebSocket, and both export to CSV. An enabled plugin can add another ceremony in the same full-room slot, in a sandboxed frame. The retrospective is that proof: it occupies the room without a core commit.
